SELF MOVE STANDARD SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The Self Move Standard service includes:
• My Move Options Shipping Containers based on customer supplied inventory;
• LOAD DATE AND DELIVERY DATE SELECTED BY THE CUSTOMER FROM AN ONLINE DROPDOWN
CALENDAR;
• Transportation of shipping containers to and from customer’s
residence at origin by one Professional Mover/Driver who then inventories the goods
to be moved and assists the customer in loading items into Shipping Containers at
the origin residence;
• Paper pads for furniture protection (10/Large Shipping Container, 5/Medium,
3/Small)
• Transportation of Shipping Containers from origin warehouse to destination
warehouse, arranged by My Move Options with almost 100% utilization of FedEx Freight
Standard Service;
• Transportation of shipping containers to and from customer’s residence
at destination by one Professional Mover/Driver who then assists the customer in
unloading items from Shipping Containers into their destination residence; •
Debris removal at time of delivery;
• “Cargo Liability” includes $.60 per pound per article at no
cost. This coverage is for specific named perils considered to be catastrophic events
(upset and overturn of the containers). No cargo protection is available for damage
occurring due to packing of goods in boxes or normal shifting of goods during shipping
(this is similar to what is available for cargo protection from other containerized
household goods programs and rental truck programs);

SELF MOVE UPGRADE SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The Self Move Upgrade Service includes:
• My Move Options Shipping Containers based on customer supplied inventory;
• LOAD DATE AND DELIVERY DATE SELECTED BY THE CUSTOMER FROM AN ONLINE DROPDOWN
CALENDAR;
• Transportation of shipping containers to and from customer’s residence
at origin by one Professional Mover/Driver who then inventories the goods to be
moved and assists the customer in loading items into Shipping Containers at the
origin residence;
• Packing material and professional packing labor (intended for breakable
items) of up to 2 Dishpacks, 5 medium cartons and 2 Picture/Mirror boxes)
• Paper pads for furniture protection (10/Large Shipping Container, 5/Medium,
3/Small)
• Transportation of Shipping Containers from origin warehouse to destination
warehouse, arranged by My Move Options with almost 100% utilization of FedEx Freight
Standard Service;
• Transportation of shipping containers to and from customer’s residence
at destination by one Professional Mover/Driver who then assists the customer in
unloading items from Shipping Containers into their destination residence; •
Debris removal at time of delivery;
• “Cargo Liability” includes $.60 per pound per article at no

• Additional Cargo Liability of up to $7,500 of Replacement Cost Cargo Protection
for all items professionally packed into Carrier supplied boxes.

FULL SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The Go-Pro, Full Service includes:
My Move Options Shipping Containers based on customer supplied inventory;
• LOAD DATE AND DELIVERY DATE SELECTED BY THE CUSTOMER FROM AN ONLINE DROPDOWN
CALENDAR;
• Packing material and professional packing labor for all personal effects
(except those requiring specialized protection/crating which will be serviced when
authorized but priced separately);
• Transportation of shipping containers to and from customer’s residence
at origin by a Professional Moving Crew, who then inventory the goods to be moved
and perform a complete, customer-no-touch loading service;
• Paper pads for all furniture protection;
• Transportation of Shipping Containers from origin warehouse to destination
warehouse, arranged by My Move Options with almost 100% utilization of FedEx Freight
Priority Service;
• Transportation of shipping containers to and from customer’s residence
at destination by a Professional Mover Crew who then perform a complete, customer-no-touch
delivery service, excluding unpacking of personal effects; • Debris removal
at time of delivery;
• “Cargo Liability” includes the opportunity to place a total
value on the shipment (declared by the customer) of a minimum of $5000 and a maximum
of $100,000, to be used for settlement to lost or damaged goods based on the terms
of the Forwarder Protection Plan which references Replacement Cost Protection. A
higher shipment value may be declared with Forwarder approval.
